Beazley Wins Two Prestigious Industry Awards

At the 2011 Insurance Day London Market Awards’ ceremony held in London yesterday, Jonathan Gray from Beazley accepted the ‘Company of the Year’ award and co-founder of Beazley, Nick Furlonge, was honoured with the ‘Industry Achiever of the Year’ award. 

“Beazley is a stand-out business with a great underwriting performance and a strong focus on developing staff,” said Richard Banks, Editor of Insurance Day.  “The company is a deserving winner and it is not surprising that co-founder, Nick Furlonge, also was named Achiever of the Year.  Nick’s passion for his own company and for the industry as a whole is apparent to all who meet him.  He is a champion of the Lloyd’s market both in the UK and abroad and we are proud to present him with this award.”
